Pre-Development Services. Identifying and cultivating future projects through consulting, by guiding the optimal unit mix, while developing an amenity plan, to determining ideal pricing, by selecting finishes, and while observing neighborhood patterns and maturity. This also includes setting up a condominium legally, identifying a property management team, and assisting in project financing.

Presale Period. Utilizing our in house talent to get a new community substantially under contract with individual buyers, prior to building delivery. This includes designing marketing tools, establishing a sales gallery, managing an advertising plan, PR, and hosting events while the homes are under construction.
Post Delivery Sellout. Generally, this includes on site sales management to schedule inspections and settlements, move-ins, establish management on site, and continue full time sales in person. Our dedicated team works on a project until the last sale in the community is complete. Each project is managed by a Principle of the company.
